Director Paul W. S. Anderson says he prepared a story for a new trilogy which leads into the sixth film. Though the film does not yet have an official title, it does have a release date set for September 12, 2014. Star Milla Jovovich will be returning as the lead protagonist and shooting should commence this fall.

The next Xbox is believed to include a newly designed Kinect motion sensor, but that might just be the start for Microsoft’s plans for the device.

The Verge reports that Microsoft has a number of future uses for the peripheral, including miniaturizing it so it can be embedded into laptops, tablets, and TVs. An exact timetable wasn’t given for when we can see some of these new uses, but according to the article, it’s something the company wants to do.

Microsoft has not made any official announcements about the next iteration of Kinect, but an event is being planned for the end of April.

World of Warcraft’s newest expansion, Mists of Pandaria, is getting a new content patch soon. Although the patch has been delayed a few times, the expectation was that it would launch this week — specifically, tomorrow — which Senior Community Blizzard Rep Jonathan Brown has now confirmed.

As we’ve mentioned before, the patch will bring about a large number of instances, new mounts, and more. I’ve always been a huge fan of subscriptions in MMOs when done right — and Blizzard has always handled them extremely well when it comes to World of Warcraft.

According to Ubisoft, Assassins Creed IV: Black Flag is a next generation consoles game and will feature the next generation features. Assassins Creed IV: Black Flag is a next Assassins Creed title and will introduce the life of Edward Kenway a brash rebel Assassin pirate. Edward Kenway is the grand father of Connor (Assassins Creed III protagonist). Ubisoft has revealed some information on the difference between current and the next generation consoles.

“The game will also be available on Next Gen consoles,”  Jean Guesdon, Creative Director revealed.

“In addition to improved graphics and physic, Next Gen versions will bring to the players new connected features allowing them to feel that even if they remain “Single Player” it will be better to be a “Single Connected Player”.

“I mean, that Next Gen Consoles will allow players to have a solo experience that benefit the presence of a huge community.”

There may be some interesting features which Sony will be revealing later. Moreover, Microsoft next generation console will be revealed in April, so put your fingers crossed.

The latter will discuss NVIDIA’s latest development tools, including how crazy their new Tegra 4 actually is.
